I currently am on my old Diamond, but have a new TP2 at home I want to sell and add the extra cash to get an EVO. I don't mind the $20 hike either, so I'm swing for it. I was going to 'droid the TP2, but I like the size of the EVO.

Call *2 from your SERO line and try to get customer service. You will be automatically forwarded to Employee Care which manages SERO accounts as well. I have called twice for unrelated issues and the 10/01 date and details were confirmed each time.
