WM 5 & 6 both had program memory-usage displays under settings. WM 6.1 does not have this but it has a built-in task manager. Asides from stock assistance, there are the following which are easy to obtain and install onto your device:
TaskMan task manager
DotFred task manager
QuickMenu (I personally use)
Try searching the forums for "task manager", "task", "manager" or "taskmanager". But to be honest, you need to seriously optimize your device if you have 4.67mb after soft reset...
