Incorrect. I have a Dish 922 DVR with the latest built in slingbox hardware and the problem occurs on my phone as well. Some HD channels fill the screen just fine while others do not. I cannot figure out why either.
What is the upload speed of the internet connection you are pushing the sling through? Anything less than 2mb will cause your image to be scaled down to prevent picture degradation. You can adjust the screen resolution manually in the settings to force the resolution you desire.
