Could be a issue, could be that your expecting your Evo to take pictures like a SLR or a point and shoot...it is anything but that. The Camera on the Evo is for those quick shots...they are semi good looking quality...but they are not going to be perfect. Also, check to see if that blue tint shows up on your PC with that pic...if so then it's the camera, if not then its just what the screen is showing.
