I flash through the USB cable and tried so many different ROMs, but the phone stays on TouchPro 2 screen afte flashing. What did I do wrong?

Which ROM should I use for this phone and what is the proper way to flash it?

By the info posted your device has a gsm spl on it which could mean you have a paperweight there. To unlock and flash, your device requires the cdma hardspl and cdma rom and radio. You could try task 29 and using the correct hardspl or rry flashing the shipped rom from your carrier but it may be a lost cause.
