There's always someone there that can help you with this.

Make sure your WMDC is current.
If you have bootloader v1.00, you may have troubles unless you update it to v1.02
If you don't give buildos/ruu Run as Adminstrator, you'll get UAC warnings

If you have problems, make sure you got the double tones when connecting your phone by USB (both the USB mount and the WMDC mount tones). If you get an error message, tell us the error message EXACTLY as it appears, when the error appeared, your bootloader version, and anything you've already tried.
