Well it IS a well established fact that you dont know what you are doing

I wouldn't say I'm a "Power User" tapping into every ability of the device but I definitely dont need to be plugged in all day.

I did wipe Dalvik and cache before flashing the kernels as well.

Battery life is going to suck no matter what PPC, Android, IPhone, BB on the planet if you actually use it. LOL>
I, without a doubt, see performance improvements with King's kernels.
Netarchy's are great too but for my use King's seem better.
I L-O-V-E the new unlreased stock kernel-slight hit on performance but battery life is through the roof.
King is working on converting the AOSP kernel over to Sense ROM's. His thread here:
EDIT
[KERNEL] [BETA] [2.6.34.5] [4Sense] [Oc] [Uv] #1 "Sorry For the Wait" - xda-developers
is worth keeping an eye on IMO.

Mike says it great right there and I'll add to his statement.
Kernels will respond differently on different devices on the same ROM.
You just gotta try a lot of them and see how it responds.

Of course, as is already stated, using your device will use up your battery

I'm stoked Virus brought his ROM here, the "other" forum was um, different.
