Did the back order and the next morning got a message saying they had them back in and was being sent out that day. they did the same thing with me, i was told there were not Droids in stock i could either take an lg or some other motorola phone. I told the rep i only wanted a droid even if i had to wait a couple of days to get it, next day after i called for my claim i got an email saying droids were in stock and to complete my claim.
