there's a task29 that doesn't require radio. see post#9 here http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/cdma-tp2-u...tout-mtty.html

you only have to be hardspl unlocked to flash the normal radios.

custom roms do not contain the radio. you keep the same one.

how will that terminate your contract. never heard of that before.
