NOPE! if you forgot your PIN and your device is locked, the only way to get it unlocked is a Hard Reset..

you can try, sliding the leyboard open(on some ROMs this unlocks the phone still)
you can also try hooking the phone to your PC via USB(not likely but sometimes itll unlock for you)

How is it all these people lately are forgetting their PINs? this is like the 5th thread on this in as many weeks lol
