Divx encoded movies will play directly on this phone in full DVD quality. The screen is just simply fantastic; playing Avatar the movie looks great on this phone. Sure there are a few minor problems like no voice command available. That is one of the biggest gripes that I have about the phone. But get this, you can dictate your messages directly into the phone and will be transcribed in the text. I was very impressed with this feature, now if they can only get better Bluetooth support. Android OS beats windows mobile hands down. When I 1st got the TP2 home I could only live with 6.1 for about an hour. But with Android OS and Samsung Touch Wiz 2.5 after a week I’m still happy with the phone. And the extra $10 bucks for 4g is well worth it. Slowest speed test with Speedtest.net was 1.6mb's DL and 6.5mb's at 0400 hrs

TW, I have the Epic 4G in my possession and all I can say is, WOW!!!! Never in my wildest dreams did I expect the experience I'm experiencing to be like this. Going from Windows to Android is like going from being poor to rich. And I've never experienced Android before in my life. Do you know what Froyo 2.2 supposed to improve? Because 2.1 is killin em'. I do understand why you've taken a short hiatus from windows rom development. You have to dedicate your time to getting to know the Android system because it's so smooth, super fast and responsive along with so many apps that are just the bomb. One don't have enough time in life to get really acquainted with the phone, between work and personal life. Not enough time in the day.
