Exactly, it doesn't say you CAN'T or CAN, so why are you still complaining? My car didn't come with a T&C that stated I CAN'T go drifting... But it will cost me more on tires and gas, should I go complain and rant off like a 4 year old?

They don't need a term that states that, because there is a term that states they can change the plans at will, it's what you signed and all of us signed. And their rules are reasonable to them to control what devices on are THEIR plans, their plans that they can change without your say so. Yes you did state a hardware clause, but you didn't read it all did you? It states that warranty isn't covered by sprint, but is left to the manufacture.
