You cannot write it with regeditor.Even if you write new regs,the radio will rewrite it back after soft reset.I'll try to find the website I used to clone E$N on my TP days ago...There are all necessary free softwares to screwup the radio part of the phone lol
EDIT: found that website,but they are starting from the scratch (server lost all threads).Not much info there
