This link has both desktop and .cab installs.
Like I said on a prervious post of mine, I use a cookie link on my Home to the program. WAY more functionality than the Twitter tab for me...

Thanks for the link on PockeTwit, downloading now
EDIT: That version of PockeTwit is not paying nice with 23678, causing messages & emails not to be sent and wont launch after putting authorizing pin
