I discovered the D-Pad issue and then you posted a link for a titanium-only ROM of build 21895.....it had the same issue.

I agree, it is unlikely that the different builds affect the D-Pad.

I can verify that when I flash to shipped or another custom ROM my D-Pad works as it was designed. But I am back on your 21895 Titanium ROM right now....living with the issue..I am surprised no one else has posted about this issue. It really causes trouble when I use the camera.
