my contacts dual sync winMO>Android via google exchange as well... i used TB(thunderbird) on my TP2, which converted my contact list to a .csv.. then i went to google and added that for "my contacts"... first time i ran Android and it sync'd, all my contacts showed..
your contacts are showing up on the gmail website right?? Im not patronizing you, but you do know how to set up exchange for google right? if not, heres a link,
