i just found out i didnt even use my upgrade!!! BAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! my upgrade was orginally suppose to be in 2011, but i guess that i called so many times and each rep promised something different and they finally promised to give me $75/$75 credit to = $150.... they told me i had an instant credit of 75 bux in my account already...and to get another 75 after the phone was purchased...so the first day of epic release, i picked up the phone for 499.... nothing was on my account but notes...so i called back in a few days ago and they credited me an instant $150 to my account without any type of upgrades!!!! (since i couldnt get the upgrade till 2011, sprint rep pretty much just sold me the phone for full price) and sprint customer service gave me the instant credit instead...on top of all that i will still be able to get the mail in rebate!
