Hey man thanks!! I have been trying to get an upgrade 2 months in advance and they keep denying me! Saying only 14 days. I said well I see where ppl are getting it up to a month and a half in advanced, why can I get that treatment? Im a premiere customer..blah blah blah. Then she puts me on hold. Comes back and says.....Only 14 days. I said well can I pay an early upgrade fee?? She puts me on hold. Comes back and says..."The 25 dollars will be billed to your account." hahahaa!! worked like a charm! Im getting my Epic tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!
