PIE bookmarks are stored in the favorites folder in Windows. Opera's are stored as part of some files (at least the last version I used - 8.5 or something) and I couldn't find the place they were loaded. However, if you go to the fav folder, if Opera is set to default browser, just click on the links there and they'll open in Opera. Then just save
