this is why i liked Nextel Mobile locator better than sprints. Nextel can locate the handset via webpage and tell you pretty accuratly where the phones are, pretty accurate as it uses gps. if the user is indoors and gps can't find it then it will use cell based location.. but what i like about it is it doesn't tell the person they're being located. this works well if you use this to monitor employees since it doesn't inform the user they're being located.

however, the sprint locator sends a message saying the unit is being located... sprint should use nextel's system as they're one company now, and it's obviously a better system since employess won't ever know they're being located.
