Now Now folks...What tha man is trying to say is the pull string broke. Mine came with one too and it to broke however I was savvy enough replace it with a high performance carbon/graphite slimline pull string and I made it even longer so now I get more time between hard resets...isnt that how everyone hard resets there phone?!?!?! ; P
