intersting, I am having the opposite problem.
Can send, can't recieve.
Although, my phone's data connection does look like its trying to download something, definitely interesting this has only happened after I installed the MMS fix cab and was able to begin to successfully
send pictures
are there connection settings somewhere for MMS? I was reading a few posts earlier somebody talking about locating port numbers somewhere in the message options realm but I can't find anything like that
[edit] or is there a way for me to see how my phone is using its data connection or what for? something like "uploader" in settings but I would need "downloader"
