oh ya I did that after the upgrade. I sort of figured that it was going to wipe my phone anyways, but that was the first thing that I did after the upgrade. Funny story though that when I upgraded apparently Verizon's *228 system was dead. So when I attempted to activate my phone it wasn't working correctly. So I had a glorified paper weight for over 6 hours. I so angry.
