Unfortunately, I don't know. Sorry I'm not aware of anything that the provisioning package is dependant upon that you might remove...

I can say that since I've released my ROM and have been working on it hardcore, I often get bad flashes. It seems to just be related to my flashing my phone 30 times in a day perhaps.

I've gotten that error message randomly when installing .cabs. When I've reflashed or hard reset the .cab installs normally.

Has it always happened since you've been using StedySoft or JMZ?

Also, you're not trying to install one provisioning .cab on top of another are you? I don't know if that would work, but if you are, maybe that's the reason. I dunno, just tossing out ideas...
