Re: New SERO Oct 1st
You know, Sprint could have just as easily said "Beginning on Oct. 1, 2010, we willbe discontinuing SERO plans. You will be contacted by an retentions specialist to be upgraded to one of our very competitive standard plans. Thank you!"
But they didnt. They actually give you the choice....."hey if you like what you have GREAT! stay with it. If you dont like the phone and or plan, we have an option on Oct. 1st. Call us and we can upgrade you for $10 more a month and you get Navi, and Any phone any time, plus Android devices."
I think it was a class act that Sprint did this for SERO folks. Now, I dont think I will pay the extra $20 for the Evo or Epic, but I will probably pay the Extra $10 to get any mobile any time and navi. This also lets me get an Android or blackberry phone if I want.
Thats just my $.02
