on my 2018 ROM and that works fine. I have it installing as a .cab at boot up. Although the wallpaper seems grainy and not near as good quality as with 2016 -. Anyone know why that might be?


Do you know how to place .cabs in a folder in the start menu? Check my post here, to see what I've tried.
