if its under 30 days old you have 1 swap out, after that you have to go through Manuf. Warranty or the service center. Service And Repair-swapped as many times as needed based on issue. Equipment Replacement Program-3 times per year (ive seen twice every six months but dont quote me) with deductible. Total Equipment Protection-Combination of Service and Repair and ERP.
