Sounds to me like you may have a bad keymat. Like muyoso said, take it back and see if they will swap it out. Even if you dont have insurance, your phone comes with a 1 year warranty FROM THE MANUFACTURER. Granted, you may have to send it in for them to fix it (along with proof of purchase), it still will be worthwhile. When you spend that kind of money of a smartphone, you want it to work right ?
