Don't know if you guys have had the same sluggish framerate with the new HTCLockscreen, or not, but I fixed it and I thought I'd share:
- Just install the cab
- take your very own 480x800 pic (I did include one though)
- name it "wallpaper.png"
- put it in \Program Files\Lockscreen\

Normal Warning applies: DO NOT Lock if you use a PIN

edit:

- I fixed the wallpaper name in my cab.
- You can also use jpg's but you'd have to change this reg
