accually, i waited 4 hrs. finally opened a help ticket on their website to get the link. it seems it may be a common problem, from the automated help email i recieved, there was a link that said if you hadnt received the initial email to click there and it took me to another page on their site that let me enter the imei angain and my recipt number and it took me to a direct downloaded. that link should just be on the site if you ask me. it was a pain but i finally got it done... i was doing it for a friend. he sat here and waited for a bit. i was unlocking it for him to use his att sim card. hes going to usee it for talk and text only with a data blocker. he has no data plan but wants to use the phone on wifi. i sold him the phone for 100 bucks and an extra 20 for the cid/sim unlock.
