If you use 2018 Home screen, like Bhars, I went in opera and loaded my info for twitter and copied the URL and went into the RSS feed bar on the home screen and went to set the feed manually and pasted the URL in and I had my twitter feed, you can set it to auto refresh, but I think 10 minutes is the smallest interval.
I use twitter more than that, almost as a chat room, so that will not take place of my twitter tab. I do get mobile sms updates, but not all of them come through like they are supposed to.
I have noticed that 90% of my manila mods for 2016 work on 2018, with the exception of CHT... Not too big a loss for me, just don't like the RSS feed on the home screen, especially that I can not control scrolling speed or what scrolls. I had numerous topics from PPCG, but only one article scrolled. Not useful to me.
