Re: is there a cab that will combine the System Volume and Ringer Volume as ONE?
I'm sure it's a regedit. I don't run TF3D either - but I enabled it just to make this one change and then switched back. Never bothered searching for the regedit, but if you have the spare time you could do it (or dump the registry before and after to see what changes).
