I just went with the family free and clear everything data plan...
I share 1500 landline minutes with my wife.
I could never use up 1500 minutes to landlines.... Noone I know has one anymore.
Besides 1500 is alot of minutes. ALL my mobilie to mobile calls are included in my plan unlimited ANY time to ANY network.

I know that's not a cab. But may be something to look into.
some of the all inclusive plans are very affordable. I think 60 bucks for one phone. I pay 125 and get a corporate discount and a credit union discount so comes out to about 100 bucks for both phones.
