you can find the regedit under HLKM/SOFTWARE/HTC/HTC Animation.
Just want to update on the stupid sms issue. I finally figured out that it was because instead of +country code I used the local access code..........And that was all it took to fix it. At least SMS works and Still trying to figure out how MMS works.
