and are there alternate links cant download from ftp
1.21.651.3 is Sprints stock 6.1 and 2.04.651.4 is the 6.5. And yes, you can downgrade to the 2.1 if you don't like the 2.5. I think they're moving some files around, I'll see if I can find mirrors.
