do you remember the resproxy tweak for wm 6.1? well it doesnt work for wm 6.5. it seems that 6.5+ uses preloadres.exe instead of resproxy like the older roms. From my understanding, it preloads stuff at startup. maybe someone else can give more info. im about to google a little more and see what i can find.
