Now beginning to wonder if the problem is activesync and hotmail. There have historically been a lot of problems w/activesync, as you can verify online. In canvasing my family and friends group a number have said they have had problems syncing their calendars and contacts (another thing I don't do - my phone is my calendar and contacts list), but most use google stuff. Their remedy has been to 1) try different google servers, and 2) only sync their calendars from google because their contact list which appears to be derived from their larger emailing list "corrupts" their phone contacts. They also don't sync their email because of the large numbers of emails some get daily.

Given all this, guess I'd suggest a hard reset followed by turning on the stocks and twitter tab to see if they really are the problem. If not, then you might want to try the activesync with hotmail and see if the stickies return. That would really confirm or deny. Pls let me know what you find out so I can log it into my issues database, so at least I know the problem/cause, if not the solution. By the way, do you have a lot of sync'd contacts/events/emails? Is data running while the stickies are occurring?

Will try running it for the day with nothing using data after a hard reset as the sticky is back.
