No one's trying to ignore your request, it just seems to have migrated from what's the diff between 23xxx & 21xxx to how the 23127 has changed...? If you really read the first 5 posts as I suggested, you would gain some significant knowledge from his change log.... i've been in IT (IS back then) for many years with a degree or 2 in it... When programing, changelogs are invaluable! Reading them will show you a trend of what's added to & updated in the entire ROM build... no so much what in the OS has changed, just that it has. So if you "READ it", then you probably saw this. Remember, that's in just 3 days since his last massive change. Also, if you read the last couple pages you'd notice some posters with a high rep saying the latest build is really sucking down the battery. I burned it @ 1:30 am last night, pulled off charger when I got up @ 4 am, was down to 66% with almost no use by 7:35, so I'd have to agree. Please read... when you see the word "updated" it's usually because they fixed some small bug...

What we all do is just burn them & try it. If we like it we stick with it, if not go back... usually factors that matter are, speed, battery life, memory use & management, Does the GUI (Sense/max/cookie) play well with the OS & the main apps? ....and bugs/SOD's (sleep of death where pushing the power button doesn't bring the TP2 out of sleep mode). What applications are in the ROM, etc.
If you want in depth detailed info about the inner workings of the particular OS, you may want to wander over to xdadevelopers & check out Da G's posts on OS stuff... he's the man.
