OK here's the scoop.

First of all, Google isn't even selling it anymore so you'd have to get it used. There are rumors they are going to sell it with a TFT screen (instead of the AMOLED). The "new" version coming out in september looks to have the exact same specs, but with a keyboard. The "project emerald" phone has a 3.7" WVGA, Sense UI, Android 2.1, and a slide out qwerty, so coming from a pro2 this might be your best option.

I'd still much rather rock a Samsung Vibrant.

There is also rumored a "Desire HD" on tmobile which is basically a tmobile version of the Evo, but with better speeds (21MBPS on HSPA+).

Honestly I still think the Nexus One is the best phone you can get on Tmobile. It came out way ahead of its time and is a sweet device.
