Ok, I know that the easiest way to speed up the PPC is to remove all unnecessary programs, but what fun is that?
I currently have these programs installed:

C. Ghisler & Co. Total Commander
Skunkworks FlashVideoBundle
TCPMP
Google Maps
codyppc performance booster
Lonely cat game Slick
Opera Mini
Opera Mobile
Even after a fresh soft reset I only have 24 MB of memory free. After running Opera it generally drops down to 10 or so MB. Are there any utilities that are useful to make the Mogul run any faster safely, or free up memory? Does having programs installed to the memory card help speed the phone up?
