I have/had an Alltel Touch Pro. The screen on my phone has gone out and it's out of warranty. I'm in the process of getting a new phone and I have none of my old contacts saved. I'm trying to do that now with WMDC, but it doesn't want to sync with my phone.
When I connect the phone with the USB cable, my computer opens Windows Explorer and shows all the files I have saved on my MicroSD card. If I take out my MicroSD card, it doesn't so any connection with my computer.
After talking with HTC for 2 days and explaining to them that I cannot see anything on my phone at all, their only was to go to [

I'm at my wits end and it's looking like my cause is hopeless, HELP!?!?
