You all need to do the STOCK ROM, provision phone, then load this ROM, delete carrier provisioning because you won't need it. I used htcRIE and got rid of all of that. My phone after flashing to ROM didn't need provisioning. I only go to connections, create my connection, add modem, dial #777 and after that I connect, then checkmark SAVE PASSWORD and then CONNECT and I'm done. Never have to mess with it again.
