i posted this in the stock rom thread a while ago. you can get the new stock rom with the new radio and PRI from US Cellulars website. (link to PCD)
http://www.pcdphones.com/device-downloads/40-3g-mr, also enables 3g roaming. no more 2g outside of the USCC calling area. I thought USCC sent a letter about this out.
