help with bluetooth tethering on Touch

I am having problems trying to tether with Touch on bluetooth. I can get USBModem with usb cable working without any issues, but I can't get the bluetooth to work. Can anybody give me step by step instructions. I have a usb dongle on the computer with widcomm 5.0.1.810 drivers and it can pair with the touch on serial, activesync, audio gateway, etc. just fine. When I turn on usbmodem and then I try to connect I get the option to connect with DUN on the computer, when I try to dial #777, the phone gives me the error 67 message (again this doesn't happen with usbmodem via usb cable) and then computer gives me a modem or com port is busy error. Should I be looking for Bluetooth PAN instead of DUN?

My USB bluetooth dongle is a lesser known name brand but not a no name brand. I got it at microcenter and it was advertised as using native widcomm drivers (I think brand is Zoom or zyxel?).
