Miami, 8th Street and SW 2nd Ave. I95 in the area.

EDIT: Got new results in varying speeds. On the south bound side of I95 from 62nd street exit to I395, got 1-3 bars, just about start of downtown to Rickenbacker exit got 2-3 bars. Looks promising.
