If the inital tech cant help you then request Advanced Support-they should transfer you there themselves if they cant help.

it was weird. i told the lady what the problem was and i need a tier 2. she said that even though she wasn't a tier 2, she could take care of the problem quite easily. so she sent some data to my phone. the next thing i know it was working perfectly. i was in total shock that she knew wth was going on. the whole call lasted about 15 minutes including a few minute wait to get to her.
