Just call Sprint and tell them you cant make calls while roaming after getting a PRI update-they dont need to know HOW you got the update
If the inital tech cant help you then request Advanced Support-they should transfer you there themselves if they cant help.

yes I did that but who ever was doing it, leaves me to question Sprint's training program, Cause my phone could not make calls for about 2 hours, would not even program.......wow
