Ok, I have a couple questions.
1- I see you guys are saying I need to flash ROM/Radio/Wimax to use Froyo. I used the 2.2 deodexed rom and everything seems to be fine.i also downloaded the radio and wimax but did not flash those. Everything seems to be fine but am I missing something Im not aware of and need to flash the radio and wimax now?
2-I know you guys said I can recover and flash without my laptop now, but I still see a lot of instructions showing you having to use the "Run" box on your computer. Is there a detailed "how-to"on flashing without a computer? I really want to try out some roms today but don't want to mess anything up. I have read and searched a lot on here and xda, but don't think I fully understand yet. I just want to know as much about it as I can before I dive in. Thanks

FastRX8- I basically need a "backup/flashing for Android noobs" like what you have done with this thread for rooting. I can't wait until I understand Android like I do Winmo.....
