However, were I in your shoes ajk511 I would leave this patronizing tone: "maybe a beta". I hear VITO customers in the first place and only then turn to snobish, mister-KNOW-Everything advices who prefer open source software. In the meantime "maybe a beta" has already become a choice of over thousand of customers who contribute greatly to its further improvement and who will benefit from this since updates and support are free for a year since purchase date.

PS we, guys (and me in particular) do "seriously listen to our potential customers" and always ready for "some big chanhes"
I never said I prefer open source software, just that the open source solutions for what you're trying to do happen to be a lot better. And thats a pretty sad thing. You say you listen to your customers but when one of them writes that they would like to see an SMS count, your reply is " Why count messages, just chat away". Sounds like A+ customer support to me. And I'm sorry if you find my opinion of your software being in a "beta" state to be patronizing, but I guess it's hard for some people to hear the truth. I do give you credit though for being the first representative from your company to do more on the forum than just post adds for your software and leave. But if you can't handle criticism then you're going to find your job here very hard.
