Re: [ROM] Simple_Sense_2.0 ** NonSense_6.5_Titanium_Only

Well after having a few broken buttons i had to go back to the stock rom for a couple of days until i got my replacement device. Here is what i noticed. It was as fast and more stable than most custom roms. Probably bc it was just so much lighter on the resources.

So when I got my replacement device I created an update to Simple_Sense_2.0.

No Opera browser. So have your favorite browser ready for install.

No Bing. Because the version only allowed for an update to the Verizon Bing with no navigation capabilities. So have your Bing .cab ready for install.

No task manager. I mean none! Not even the HTC_Stock Task Manager. So have your favorite ready. I suggest Arkswitch.

No VZNav. No VVM. No "Getting Started".

Still comes with the basics...

Active Sync

Adobe reader.

Arcsoft messaging client.

Marketplace.

MyPhone.

Wifi router.

Office Suite.

Etc on the basic stuff.

All seemed to work for me out of the box. Including MMS from MMS client. Haven't tried MMS directly from album where there is normally a problem.

I know - not much interest in this "old stuff". But I boot up at like 58% and haven't seen 70% yet which translates in faster moving system. Couple that with SetCPUSpeed at 787 (wich runs pretty stable with this set up) and it seems pretty snappy.

there you go.
